Hello! I’m Laura and I am studying the Master’s pogramme of Applied Linguistics. I also work in organizational development and as a research assistant. I’m focusing on discourse analysis and sociolinguistics and my main interest lies in discursive practices especially in institutional contexts. A fun fact about me is that I know the secret to getting rid of the hiccups.

Hello! I'm Dina. I completed my studies in the Russian language at the University of Vienna, where I am now pursuing my Master's degree in General Linguistics. Since 2020, I've been hosting a podcast about the Slavic languages – Slavstvuyte! My main interest lies in the historical linguistics of the Slavic languages, especially in the fields of phonology and lexicon.

Hello! My name is David and I am about to graduate from my BA in English and American Studies. My focus lies heavily on the cognitive aspects of language, most notably psycholinguistics and phonaesthetics, so I am planning on pursuing a master’s in cognitive sciences.

My name is Anna-Hannah, but everyone calls me Hanni because who really has a double name that's basically the same name with minimal deviation? I hold a BA in French Romance Studies and I'm about to complete my Master's degree in Law at the University of Vienna. Culture, art, law, and, above all, languages and books form the perfect blend in my daily life, which I alternate between Austria and France.
